At Fairtex Thailand, we stand behind the quality of our combat sports equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. We aim to ensure every athlete is fully satisfied with their gear, providing seamless exchanges for size or manufacturing discrepancies.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused equipment in its original Fairtex packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Label your package clearly with the provided RMA number and ship it via a trackable service to our distribution center in Samut Prakan.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
